On Monday, November 15th, in coordination with the Wasco County Sheriff's Department, Dufur School completed a lockdown drill. The purpose of lockdown drills are to practice our school's set of safety procedures that are designed to have everyone in our school familiarize themselves with ways to protect themselves against a threat, such as an intruder. Oregon schools are required to complete lockdown drills twice per year.
