THANK YOU for supporting all of our students at Dufur School! A special thank you to our kitchen staff for making snacks and to our volunteers for all of your help. If you have any photos please send them to Cynthia Kortge, so they can be shared.
Thank you again for everyone's help, have a fantastic weekend in the beautiful sunshine.

Dufur students have been learning about different careers and having great opportunities for community members to share! Today members of the Dufur Volunteer Fire & Ambulance visited. Students were able to learn about the responsibilities of EMS workers, see the inside of an ambulance and the equipment they use, and ask lots of questions.

Congratulations to Dufur High School Prom Queen Tora Jo Timinsky and King Marshal McLaughlin! Prom was held at the Sunshine Mill Winery in The Dalles on Saturday night, and almost every high school student attended. It was a great time, and the students represented Dufur High School so well!

Mid-level students enjoyed a sunny afternoon at the Walk-a-Thon!

Dufur Prom 2023 is a success. Great job, class of 2024 for organizing it!

The 2023 Dufur School Walk-a-Thon is in full swing!

Officer Zúñiga from the Oregon State Police recently visited the 3rd grade classrooms with Max. Our students have been learning about animal helpers and they loved getting to know the work Officer Zúñiga and Max do, how they train together, and why dogs make great partners. They also had the chance to give Max lots of love!

K-8 students are all participating and fundraising for classroom supplies, special projects, field trips, etc. Those students with the most donations and the most laps in each class will receive Pride Points and an invitation to the Walk-a-thon celebration.
Dufur School's 6th and 7th grade ELA classes were fortunate enough to have a class visit from Jefferson Greene on Monday morning! They were very excited to listen and participate during class and again during their afternoon assembly!
