Dufur School District – High School Girls Basketball Assistant Coach Opening
The Dufur Rangers are seeking a passionate, positive, and committed individual to join our program as the High School Girls Basketball Assistant Coach.
This is an opportunity to help develop student-athletes both on and off the court while contributing to a competitive and growth-focused basketball culture.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with practice planning and game preparation
Supporting player development and team culture
Promoting sportsmanship, accountability, and academic success
Assisting with program organization, communication, and supervision
Supporting the head
coach
in all aspects of the program
Preferred Qualifications:
Basketball
coaching
and/or playing experience
Ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of high school athletics and team development
NFHS/OSAA certifications (or ability to obtain prior to season)
We are looking for someone who is committed to helping build a strong Ranger basketball program and making a positive impact on our students.
