Dufur School April Attendance Percentages

April brought strong attendance across many of our grade levels, with the majority meeting or exceeding our 91% goal. Our elementary students continue to lead the way, showing consistent attendance habits that support strong learning and classroom connections. We also saw solid performance in several upper grades, reflecting a continued commitment to being present and engaged.

A few grade levels fell just below the target this month. As we move into the final stretch of the school year, consistent attendance becomes even more important. Each school day builds on the last, and being present helps students stay on track academically and socially.

We appreciate the ongoing support from our families in prioritizing attendance whenever students are healthy and able to be at school. Together, we can finish the year strong! The class with the overall best attendance this year will receive an ice cream party reward later in May! Thanks to the Ranger Pride Education Foundation for providing funds for the attendance rewards this year!
