- Elementary: Consists of Kindergarten through 5th Grades
- Mid-Level: Grades 6, 7 and 8 are served by the Mid-Level Teachers
- High School: Consists of 9th through 12th Grades

Community Service Form: High School Students must document 40 hours of community service to be eligible for graduation. Completed forms can be turned in to the office.

Authorization to Administer Medication: This form is provided for parents to use when any medication, prescription or over-the-counter, must be given to students during school hours. Medication must be brought to school by the parent in its original container with completed paperwork.
Self-Medication Agreement: Students who are developmentally and/or behaviorally able, will be allowed to self-administer medication, subject to some conditions.
